So I have been seeing unicorns everywhere. From room decor to hot chocolate – and I am totally on board. I have been eyeing the cutest unicorn projects for some time now and finally made the decision to make my own little unicorn piece.
A magical, sparkly and colorful creature . What’s not to love, huh? 😀
I decided to make a unicorn necklace – in the shape of a donut. Why a donut you ask – I don’t know. I thought it would look cute :)!
Last week I told you about how a subscriber told me that she was looking for an expense tracker and asked if I had one – I didn’t at the moment, but here it is.
It is made from a picture she sent me with her idea in three different colors (pastel – you know I love them :p)
I hope some of you can use this for your systems at home. I totally get that spendings can get so confusing – and at the end of the month it is a nightmare to go over it and make the budget for the following month – so I hope this in some way will make it easier for you! – And it is pretty to look at.
I don’t know about you, but for me that actually means a lot. I just want to work on something if it is pretty – same with planning (totally been rocking the planner stickers in the past months)
Summer is officially happening – now the weather is the only thing missing.
Now, I don’t know where you live, but here in Denmark it is up and down with the weather. Right now gloomy, raining and windy outside – so not really the perfect summer weather yet.
Anyways, In the past week I have been working on my drawing skills – I really want to be better at drawing free hand, so I have been practicing, and with one of the drawings I thought “this would look good as a calendar” which is why I am writing this post today.
I like this little fashion girl and the pastel colors – I think she is the cutest!
Mothers day is right around the corner and therefore, I thought I would share my packaging for the presents I have for my mom. I am not going to tell you what I have bought for her, at this time, since I know she sometimes reads the blog – no spoiler mom 😉
I will, however, tell you that I have a bunch of smaller gifts for her, which is why I made a couple of different boxes and tags for the day. I have always loved giving presents and I especially love buying a lot of smaller presents, so the receiver has more to open – I’m a child like that 😀
Today I thought I would share with you, how I quick and easily added some simple art to my wall. I have been thinking about adding the Swiss cross pattern to the apartment for some time. I wanted it to be a statement piece, but not cover too much either (we live in a 54m2 apartment).
last week I purchased the April bundle from the hungryJpeg and have been dying to make some cute printables with the fonts and artwork included in the bundle. Today I share one of the prints that I have designed – and I am loving it.
It matches my style at home and brings in some plants (that I don’t have to keep alive!!). have you heard the saying: Plant lady is the new cat lady ?
I think it is hilarious! 😀 I have never been a fan of cats, but plants? Give em to me!!
And the quote: Let’s stay home – My kind of jam!I really like to be at home, raise your hand if you are an introvert (**hand in the air over here**).
As you know by now I have been trying desperately to get organized this year. One is because I have to figure out how I am going to spend the rest of my life, being a newly graduate. The other is simply to get a better overview of how I spend my time. I want to optimize where I can.
So I have been working on my own personal calendar that took much more time to make, than I originally planned (I need one, real bed :D) and this past week I finally printed it out, cut the paper to size and made holes to fit into my DIY’ed calendar binder.
However, the calendar doesn’t have any dividers, which is kind of a pain when opening the calendar and wanting to find the right page 🙂
So I sat down and designed a couple of dividers that I want to share with you today + a simple DIY that can be fitted to your specific needs.
I have been gone for some time now, I know. Truth is I have trying to figure out how to cope with the situation I am in at the moment.
I just finished my education (all about digital marketing) and is now unemployed and trying to figure out if I want to spend all my time on this blogging thing – that I have grown to love.. Or if I should keep it as the hobby it is right now (no money – you know :D) and take a fulltime job.
To help me get a bit more organized with my life I’ve been spending some time making my own calendar. I have been a part of the planner-community for some time now, and I love the decorating and creative part linked to planning. And with mylovely Silhouette
it is easy for me to make my own décor. I think the decorating makes the planning so much more fun – know the feeling?
