Hello world! It has been rough ๐
I think I died a little last week, creatively that is. Writing my bachelor thesis killed all my creativity, so that is why I did not post anything last week. Iโm sorry โ now Iโm bac. YAY
So I thought I show you one of the very first Chirstmas ornaments I ever did: The paper folded Christmas star.
We have always made them, since I was a little girl, and this year I bought some paper to fold some new ones. I plan to put them on my Christmas presents this year, as a dรฉcor to make them pretty. I always wrap my own presents, because so many stores put their name on the paper, and it rather ruin the surprise, so this year it is gold with Christmas stars.
You can see my tutorial hereunder โ enjoy
Xoxo,
Hello! I love your Christmas stars. Can I ask, what kind of paper did you buy to make your stars. How wide were the strips and how long? Thank you!
Hi ๐
Thank you so much – they are one of my favorite things to make at Christmas ๐
The ones I used were already cut for me. They are 45 cm when folded in half and 1,5 cm wide.
If you want to make your own paper strips, I would suggest you buy some paper that is thicker than normal copy paper, but not too thick as you need to bend it around itself a couple of times ๐
