On Saturday I had the first Christmas of this year. I come from a family, where my parents are no longer together, which means I have had two Christmas’ ever since I was about 15 (now 25). This year is the first one where I’m not going to be with either my mom or dad on Christmas eve, since I have a wonderful boyfriend that I am going to be with on the date. We are celebrating Christmas with his family on December 24. Last year he spend the evening at my moms house, so this year we go to his parents.
How to easily make personalized gift tags for your Christmas presents
It is super late right now, but I wanted to talk to you guys anyway. The next week is going to be a little different than usual on this blog, since Christmas is coming. We just went home to my moms house this evening, and we have been playing games and just have some family time.
So I wanted to show you how I made my gift tags this year. I always wrap my own presents, and this year is no exception, so I thought of how I could make some gift tags for this year’s golden theme.

DIY Christmas Ornament – All Sorts licorice in polymer clay
I think one of the first things I made from polymer clay was black licorice – all sorts inspired. Here in Denmark we are all about the black licorice, and this kind is linked to Chirstmas.

Yesterday the first snow fell here in Aarhus and I felt like a little kid. I am always super excited about the first snow and this year is no different. I’m sure that I will be annoyed by it in a week or so, but until then – snow is just magical and a wonderful reminder that Christmas is near.
